Service Description
Join in each week to explore embodiment through the practice of yoga along with any combination of embodied anatomy, somatics, yoga philosophy, yoga psychology and free movement. Come to breathe and move with your community. There are no expectations of you in terms of what you must do or achieve in this space. You will be offered choices and encouraged to tune inward and honour what feels true for you. I will be there to support you in your experience and guide you along the way. Along with your wonder-full self, there are some things you will need to bring to each session: ~ Water ~ A yoga mat or towel ~ A warm blanket ~ Your curiosity! Claim this time to tune in to you. ** I recommend creating your membership login so that you can manage your bookings directly should you need to reschedule for any reason.
